1. Кто обрабатывает данные

Мобильное приложение Wolter Customer (Android: uz.wolter.customer, iOS: uz.wolter.customer) принадлежит и управляется ООО «TTMPROJECT» (TTMPROJECT, MCHJ), Республика Узбекистан.

Приложение предназначено для бизнеса: им пользуются сотрудники компаний, которые заказывают курьерскую доставку через сервис Wolter. Самостоятельная регистрация в приложении отсутствует — учётные записи создаёт оператор сервиса.

2. Какие данные обрабатываются

Учётные данные: выданный вам логин и токен сессии. Пароль передаётся только в момент входа и на устройстве не сохраняется.
Данные компании: название, филиалы (точки отправки), их адреса и контактные телефоны.
Данные заказов: адреса и координаты забора и доставки, комментарии к заказу, статус и история заказа, способ оплаты (наличные или безналичные) и сумма.
Данные получателя, которые вы вводите: имя, номер телефона и адрес доставки.
Геолокация устройства: только когда приложение открыто и вы выбираете адрес на карте. Используется, чтобы отцентрировать карту и подставить адрес точки, где вы находитесь. Доступа к геолокации в фоновом режиме у приложения нет.
Адресные запросы: текст, который вы вводите в поле адреса, и координаты выбранной на карте точки.
Токен push-уведомлений (Firebase Cloud Messaging на Android, Apple Push Notification service на iOS) — чтобы сообщать о смене статуса заказа.
Технические данные запроса: версия приложения, версия ОС и IP-адрес, который видит наш сервер.

Приложение не читает список контактов устройства, не обращается к галерее и камере и не собирает реквизиты банковских карт: фиксируется только способ оплаты и сумма заказа.

О данных получателя. Имя, телефон и адрес получателя вводите вы — сам получатель приложением не пользуется и учётной записи в нём не имеет. Вводя эти данные, вы подтверждаете, что вправе их передать и получили согласие получателя на передачу его данных для доставки заказа. Мы обрабатываем их только для того, чтобы курьер смог выполнить доставку, и не используем ни для каких других целей.

3. Зачем эти данные

Исключительно для работы сервиса доставки: создать и отслеживать заказ, передать адрес и телефон получателя назначенному курьеру, присылать уведомления о статусе, оказывать поддержку и вести расчёты с вашей компанией. Для рекламы и профилирования данные не используются.

4. Разрешения устройства

Геолокация (только при использовании приложения) — выбор адреса на карте. Если отказать, приложением можно пользоваться: адрес вводится вручную.
Уведомления — push о статусе заказа. Не обязательны.

5. Кому передаются данные

Серверы сервиса Wolter (api-delivery.wolter.uz) — хранение и обработка заказов.
Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging) — доставка push-уведомлений на Android; получает токен устройства и содержимое уведомления.
Apple (Apple Push Notification service) — доставка push-уведомлений на iOS; получает токен устройства и содержимое уведомления.
MyTaxi (routing.mytaxi.uz) — подсказки адресов, определение координат и построение маршрута; получает введённый текст адреса и координаты выбранной точки.
MyTaxi (maptile.mytaxi.uz) — изображение карты; получает координаты отображаемой области.
Курьер, принявший заказ, видит адрес доставки, имя и телефон получателя в приложении Wolter Courier.

Данные также могут быть раскрыты, если этого требует законодательство Республики Узбекистан.

6. Чего мы не делаем

В приложении нет рекламы и рекламных идентификаторов, нет систем аналитики и трекинга, нет отслеживания вашей активности в других приложениях и на сайтах. Мы не продаём данные и не передаём их брокерам данных.

7. Хранение и защита

Обмен данными с сервером идёт по HTTPS. Токен сессии хранится в защищённом хранилище устройства (iOS Keychain, Android Keystore). Доступ к данным на стороне сервиса имеют только сотрудники, которым он необходим по работе.

8. Срок хранения и удаление данных

Данные учётной записи и заказов хранятся, пока ваша компания пользуется сервисом, и далее — в течение срока, установленного законодательством Республики Узбекистан для бухгалтерских и иных обязательных документов.

Чтобы получить копию своих данных, исправить их или удалить учётную запись и связанные с ней данные, напишите на temurusmanov@gmail.com, указав логин и название компании. Мы отвечаем в течение 30 дней. После удаления учётной записи доступ к приложению прекращается; записи о заказах, которые мы обязаны хранить по закону, удаляются по истечении установленного срока.

9. Возрастное ограничение

Приложение не предназначено для лиц младше 18 лет и не адресовано детям.

10. Изменения политики

Новая редакция политики публикуется на этой же странице с обновлённой датой в начале документа.

Wolter Customer ilovasining maxfiylik siyosati

Oxirgi yangilanish: 2026-yil 19-avgust.

1. Ma’lumotlarni kim qayta ishlaydi

Wolter Customer mobil ilovasi (Android: uz.wolter.customer, iOS: uz.wolter.customer) TTMPROJECT, MCHJ (O‘zbekiston Respublikasi) tomonidan boshqariladi.

Ilova biznes uchun mo‘ljallangan: undan Wolter xizmati orqali kuryerlik yetkazib berishga buyurtma beradigan kompaniyalar xodimlari foydalanadi. Ilovada mustaqil ro‘yxatdan o‘tish yo‘q — hisob yozuvlarini xizmat operatori yaratadi.

2. Qanday ma’lumotlar qayta ishlanadi

Hisob ma’lumotlari: sizga berilgan login va sessiya tokeni. Parol faqat kirish paytida yuboriladi va qurilmada saqlanmaydi.
Kompaniya ma’lumotlari: nomi, filiallari (jo‘natish nuqtalari), ularning manzillari va aloqa telefonlari.
Buyurtma ma’lumotlari: olib ketish va yetkazib berish manzillari hamda koordinatalari, izohlar, buyurtma holati va tarixi, to‘lov usuli (naqd yoki naqdsiz) va summasi.
Siz kiritadigan qabul qiluvchi ma’lumotlari: ismi, telefon raqami va yetkazib berish manzili.
Qurilma joylashuvi: faqat ilova ochiq bo‘lganda va siz xaritada manzil tanlayotganingizda. Xaritani markazlash va turgan joyingiz manzilini qo‘yish uchun ishlatiladi. Ilovada fon rejimida joylashuvga ruxsat yo‘q.
Manzil so‘rovlari: manzil maydoniga kiritgan matningiz va xaritada tanlangan nuqta koordinatalari.
Push-bildirishnoma tokeni (Android’da Firebase Cloud Messaging, iOS’da Apple Push Notification service) — buyurtma holati o‘zgarishi haqida xabar berish uchun.
So‘rovning texnik ma’lumotlari: ilova versiyasi, OS versiyasi va serverimiz ko‘radigan IP-manzil.

Ilova qurilmadagi kontaktlar ro‘yxatini o‘qimaydi, galereya va kameraga murojaat qilmaydi hamda bank kartalari rekvizitlarini yig‘maydi: faqat to‘lov usuli va buyurtma summasi qayd etiladi.

Oluvchi ma’lumotlari haqida. Oluvchining ismi, telefoni va manzilini siz kiritasiz — oluvchining o‘zi ilovadan foydalanmaydi va unda hisob qaydnomasiga ega emas. Ushbu ma’lumotlarni kiritish orqali siz ularni uzatishga haqli ekaningizni va buyurtmani yetkazib berish uchun oluvchidan rozilik olganingizni tasdiqlaysiz. Biz ularni faqat kuryer yetkazib berishni amalga oshirishi uchun qayta ishlaymiz va boshqa hech qanday maqsadda ishlatmaymiz.

3. Ma’lumotlar nima uchun kerak

Faqat yetkazib berish xizmati ishlashi uchun: buyurtmani yaratish va kuzatish, manzil va qabul qiluvchining telefonini tayinlangan kuryerga uzatish, holat haqida bildirishnoma yuborish, qo‘llab-quvvatlash va kompaniyangiz bilan hisob-kitob qilish. Ma’lumotlar reklama yoki profillashtirish uchun ishlatilmaydi.

4. Qurilma ruxsatlari

Joylashuv (faqat ilovadan foydalanilganda) — xaritada manzil tanlash uchun. Rad etsangiz ham ilovadan foydalanish mumkin: manzilni qo‘lda kiritsa bo‘ladi.
Bildirishnomalar — buyurtma holati bo‘yicha push. Majburiy emas.

5. Ma’lumotlar kimga uzatiladi

Wolter xizmati serverlari (api-delivery.wolter.uz) — buyurtmalarni saqlash va qayta ishlash.
Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging) — Android’da push-bildirishnomalarni yetkazish; qurilma tokeni va bildirishnoma mazmunini oladi.
Apple (Apple Push Notification service) — iOS’da push-bildirishnomalarni yetkazish; qurilma tokeni va bildirishnoma mazmunini oladi.
MyTaxi (routing.mytaxi.uz) — manzil takliflari, koordinatalarni aniqlash va marshrut qurish; kiritilgan manzil matnini va tanlangan nuqta koordinatalarini oladi.
MyTaxi (maptile.mytaxi.uz) — xarita tasviri; ko‘rsatilayotgan hudud koordinatalarini oladi.
Buyurtmani qabul qilgan kuryer Wolter Courier ilovasida yetkazib berish manzilini, qabul qiluvchining ismi va telefonini ko‘radi.

O‘zbekiston Respublikasi qonunchiligi talab qilgan hollarda ma’lumotlar oshkor etilishi mumkin.

6. Biz nima qilmaymiz

Ilovada reklama va reklama identifikatorlari yo‘q, analitika va treking tizimlari yo‘q, boshqa ilovalar va saytlardagi faoliyatingiz kuzatilmaydi. Biz ma’lumotlarni sotmaymiz va ma’lumot brokerlariga bermaymiz.

7. Saqlash va himoya

Server bilan almashinuv HTTPS orqali amalga oshiriladi. Sessiya tokeni qurilmaning himoyalangan xotirasida (iOS Keychain, Android Keystore) saqlanadi. Xizmat tomonida ma’lumotlarga faqat ish yuzasidan zarur bo‘lgan xodimlar kira oladi.

8. Saqlash muddati va ma’lumotlarni o‘chirish

Hisob va buyurtma ma’lumotlari kompaniyangiz xizmatdan foydalanayotgan davrda, so‘ngra O‘zbekiston Respublikasi qonunchiligida buxgalteriya va boshqa majburiy hujjatlar uchun belgilangan muddat davomida saqlanadi.

Ma’lumotlaringiz nusxasini olish, ularni tuzatish yoki hisob yozuvini va unga bog‘liq ma’lumotlarni o‘chirish uchun login va kompaniya nomini ko‘rsatgan holda temurusmanov@gmail.com manziliga yozing. Biz 30 kun ichida javob beramiz. Hisob o‘chirilgach ilovaga kirish to‘xtaydi; qonun bo‘yicha saqlashimiz shart bo‘lgan buyurtma yozuvlari belgilangan muddat tugagach o‘chiriladi.

9. Yosh chegarasi

Ilova 18 yoshga to‘lmagan shaxslar uchun mo‘ljallanmagan va bolalarga qaratilmagan.

10. Siyosatdagi o‘zgarishlar

Siyosatning yangi tahriri shu sahifada, hujjat boshidagi yangilangan sana bilan e’lon qilinadi.

Wolter Customer — Privacy Policy

1. Who processes your data

The Wolter Customer mobile application (Android: uz.wolter.customer, iOS: uz.wolter.customer) is operated by TTMPROJECT, MCHJ, a limited liability company registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Privacy contact: temurusmanov@gmail.com.

The app is a business tool used by employees of companies that order courier deliveries through the Wolter service. The app has no public sign-up: accounts are created by the service operator.

2. What data the app processes

Account data: the login issued to you and a session token. The password is sent only at sign-in and is not stored on the device.
Company data: company name, branches (pickup points), their addresses and contact phone numbers.
Order data: pickup and delivery addresses and coordinates, order notes, order status and history, payment method (cash or cashless) and order amount.
Recipient data you enter: name, phone number and delivery address.
Device location: only while the app is open and you are choosing an address on the map. It is used to centre the map and to fill in the address of the point where you are. The app has no background location access.
Address queries: the text you type into the address field and the coordinates of the point you select on the map.
Push notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging on Android, Apple Push Notification service on iOS), used to notify you about order status changes.
Technical request data: app version, OS version and the IP address seen by our server.

The app does not read your device contact list, does not access the camera or photo library, and does not collect payment card details — only the payment method and the order amount are recorded.

About recipient data. The recipient's name, phone number and delivery address are entered by you — the recipient does not use the app and has no account in it. By entering these details you confirm that you are entitled to pass them on and that you have obtained the recipient's consent to share their data for the purpose of delivering the order. We process this data solely so that the courier can complete the delivery, and for no other purpose.

3. Why we process it

Solely to run the delivery service: create and track orders, pass the delivery address and the recipient's phone number to the assigned courier, send status notifications, provide support and settle accounts with your company. The data is not used for advertising or profiling.

4. Device permissions

Location (while using the app) — to choose an address on the map. If you decline, the app remains usable: addresses can be typed in manually.
Notifications — order status push messages. Optional.

5. Who else receives the data

Wolter service servers (api-delivery.wolter.uz) — storing and processing orders.
Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging) — delivering push notifications on Android; receives the device token and the notification payload.
Apple (Apple Push Notification service) — delivering push notifications on iOS; receives the device token and the notification payload.
MyTaxi (routing.mytaxi.uz) — address suggestions, geocoding and route calculation; receives the address text you type and the coordinates of the point you select.
MyTaxi (maptile.mytaxi.uz) — map imagery; receives the coordinates of the displayed area.
The courier who takes the order sees the delivery address and the recipient's name and phone number in the Wolter Courier app.

Data may also be disclosed where the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan requires it.

6. What we do not do

The app contains no advertising and no advertising identifiers, no analytics or tracking SDKs, and does not track your activity in other apps or on websites. We do not sell data and do not share it with data brokers.

7. Storage and security

Data is exchanged with the server over HTTPS. The session token is kept in the device's secure storage (iOS Keychain, Android Keystore). On the service side, access is limited to staff who need it for their work.

8. Retention and data deletion

Account and order data are kept while your company uses the service and afterwards for the period required by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan for accounting and other mandatory records.

To obtain a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account and the data linked to it, write to temurusmanov@gmail.com stating your login and company name. We reply within 30 days. Once the account is deleted, access to the app ends; order records we are legally required to keep are deleted once that period expires.

9. Age restriction

The app is not intended for people under 18 and is not directed at children.

10. Changes to this policy

Any new version of this policy is published on this page with an updated date at the top of the document.
